Healthcare Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support state healthcare programs, the hybrid remote Healthcare Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain analytic reports and dashboards using tools like Cognos and Tableau, while collaborating with business users and technical teams to deliver customer-specific reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance analytic reports and dashboards based on client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and ensure effective data presentation
- Monitor and validate reporting objects to maintain operational stability and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with data and business intelligence tools, including IBM Cognos Analytics and Tableau
- 2+ years of data warehouse analysis experience, including reading data flow diagrams and data models
- 4+ years of experience writing SQL for reporting and analysis
- 4+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or government programs
