Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare analytics practice, the full-time Healthcare Data Engineer will contribute to data management, integration, and analytics projects, utilizing SQL and ETL tools, with the option to work remotely or from various office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to planning, analysis, design, and development of data management and business intelligence solutions
- Implement and maintain data management and warehousing solutions using database and analytic programming tools
- Analyze systems, gather requirements, and assess data quality in collaboration with clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience with healthcare data, including payers or public health, is strongly preferred
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related field with quantitative coursework
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
