Job Summary
Leading complex healthcare data and analytics initiatives, the full-time Healthcare Data Engineering Lead will manage technical delivery, oversee data engineering processes, and bridge business and technical teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical workplans, priorities, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met
- Lead the ingestion, transformation, and integration of complex healthcare data from multiple sources
- Guide the design and development of scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using modern data engineering practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or technology solutions, preferably in healthcare or the public sector
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery
- Strong experience with data engineering, including ETL/ELT processes and data quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, and SQL
