Job Summary
Leading the Healthcare & Life Sciences delivery practice, the full-time salaried Healthcare Delivery Director will manage client delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth while working remotely across Canada or the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery excellence across a portfolio of Salesforce HLS engagements, ensuring projects meet client objectives
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as a senior advisor for strategic client engagements
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence within the HLS practice
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery
- 5+ years in delivery leadership within a Salesforce SI or consulting firm
- Strong Healthcare & Life Sciences industry experience, including pharmaceutical and digital health organizations
- Proven success managing a professional services portfolio of $5M+ in annual revenue
- Experience leading teams of 15+ members with accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery quality
