Healthcare Economics Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analyses that quantify the impact of RightMove's care model, the full-time Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst will evaluate outcomes, utilization, and cost of care while working remotely to support internal decision-making and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and customer-facing analyses to measure the effects of the care model on outcomes and costs
• Translate complex medical data into actionable recommendations for improving savings and patient navigation
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable datasets and establish reusable measurement standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience in a value-based care setting
• Direct experience evaluating program savings and building comparison groups
• Deep knowledge of medical claims data and experience querying large datasets using SQL
• Master's degree in health economics, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (Python or R) for analysis
