Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience in Payment Integrity, Revenue Integrity, or healthcare analytics
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience with accountability for team performance
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational or process changes
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
