Healthcare EDI Technical Support
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid remote/in-office capacity, the full-time Healthcare EDI Technical Support will script medical billing conversions and edits using a proprietary scripting language to ensure claims meet payer requirements while collaborating with the EDI Development Team to resolve system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Script medical billing conversions and edits to ensure compliance with payer requirements
- Understand and work within the ANSI 837 claim structure for primary, secondary, and COB claims
- Collaborate with the EDI Development Team to address system issues and client requests
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
- Knowledge of EDI is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with proprietary software systems is beneficial
