Job Summary

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Healthcare Enrollment Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will assist callers with healthcare enrollment and eligibility inquiries while navigating multiple systems and providing professional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to healthcare enrollment, eligibility, and account information
• Research and respond to enrollment and eligibility inquiries using client systems and established procedures
• Accurately update and maintain member demographic, enrollment, and eligibility information in applicable systems

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare contact center, health plan, or related environment preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare and health insurance terminology
• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume phone environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
