Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Healthcare Enrollment Specialist will engage with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, educating them about physician-recommended programs and facilitating their enrollment, all while working remotely from Latin America during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to educate U.S. Medicare patients on RPM and CCM programs
• Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent for patient enrollment
• Accurately document call notes and meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets

Required qualifications

• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients
• Strong spoken English skills, easily understood by older adult patients
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup
• Comfortable making consistent outbound calls for most of the shift
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
