Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking experienced, patient-focused individuals, the full-time Healthcare Enrollment Specialist will engage with U.S.-based Medicare patients remotely, educating them about healthcare programs and enrolling interested patients while working within U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients to explain and enroll them in recommended healthcare programs
• Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent from patients for enrollment
• Document call notes and patient information accurately while meeting daily productivity and enrollment targets

Required qualifications

• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients in roles such as medical office, call center, or insurance verification
• Proficiency in both English and Korean, with strong spoken English skills for clear communication with senior patients
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
• Comfortable making consistent outbound calls and working independently
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
