Job Summary
To support a growing remote healthcare initiative, the contract Healthcare Enrollment Specialist will educate patients about remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs, make outbound calls, and enroll interested participants while working flexible hours from home.
Key responsibilities
- Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to eligible patients, utilizing call scripts to explain program benefits
- Enroll patients by obtaining verbal consent and entering necessary data into the system
- Maintain accurate records and meet productivity and enrollment targets
Required qualifications
- Ability to start within a few days to a week
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- Access to a quiet, private space for making calls
- Reliable internet and computer setup
- Experience in sales, telephone outreach, healthcare, or customer service preferred
