Healthcare ETL Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Healthcare ETL Business Analyst will lead data integration and governance initiatives, collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders to develop high-performance data pipelines for healthcare payer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead healthcare data discovery, source-to-target mapping, and data integration initiatives across enterprise data systems
• Create and maintain comprehensive transformation specifications, business rule definitions, and end-to-end data lineage documentation
• Execute advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and support quality assurance and data modeling efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree
• 8+ years of dedicated data analysis experience within the Healthcare Payer domain
• 6+ years of advanced hands-on SQL experience for complex data querying and validation
• Proven background in authoring comprehensive Source-to-Target Mapping documents for enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between business leaders and technical teams
