Healthcare Financial Due Diligence VP

Job Summary

To support healthcare transactions, the full-time Healthcare Financial Due Diligence VP will manage analytical work, oversee Senior Associates, and ensure quality financial analyses while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and review quality of earnings analyses and revenue assessments through a healthcare lens
• Direct the day-to-day work of Senior Associates, maintaining engagement pace and quality standards
• Draft sections of financial due diligence reports, connecting findings to sector-specific drivers

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting with healthcare deal exposure
• Working knowledge of healthcare financial mechanics, including reimbursement structures and revenue cycle dynamics
• Hands-on experience with quality of earnings analysis and net working capital assessments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license or pursuit preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency and clear written communication skills
