Job Summary

Focused on healthcare financial analysis, the remote full-time Healthcare Financial Due Diligence VP will manage the analytical work of engagements, develop Senior Associates, and ensure the delivery of high-quality diligence for private equity sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and review quality of earnings analyses and assess revenue cycle irregularities through a healthcare lens
• Direct the day-to-day work of Senior Associates, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Draft sections of financial due diligence reports, connecting findings to sector-specific drivers

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory with healthcare exposure
• Working knowledge of healthcare financial mechanics, including payor mix and reimbursement structures
• Hands-on experience with quality of earnings analysis and net working capital assessments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA licensed or actively pursuing preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency and clear written communication skills
