Key responsibilities:
- Act as the expert on healthcare GRC needs, including regulatory compliance and risk management
- Write detailed user stories and functional requirements based on real-world healthcare operations
- Conduct customer discovery sessions and validate product designs against industry practices
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or related GRC functions
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and requirements
- Experience engaging with customers in discovery sessions or presentations
- Familiarity with Agile product development and tools like Jira or Confluence preferred
