Healthcare Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Owning the implementation lifecycle for new Payment Integrity clients, the full-time remote Healthcare Implementation Lead will manage technical requirements, configure platforms, and ensure seamless data integration through go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process from solution handoff to client go-live
- Configure and validate payment integrity logic against claims data and troubleshoot issues
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation or claims auditing
- Strong knowledge of claims and payment integrity concepts, including DRG validation and medical necessity
- Experience with configuring or implementing SaaS platforms for healthcare clients
- Proven ability to build client trust through technical expertise
- Familiarity with payment integrity vendors is a plus
