Healthcare Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the implementation lifecycle for new Payment Integrity clients, the full-time remote Healthcare Implementation Manager will manage the transition from solution handoff through configuration and data integration to go-live, ensuring effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the implementation lifecycle, including technical requirements scoping and client data integration
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, translating requirements and maintaining consistent communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation or claims auditing
- Strong knowledge of claims and payment integrity concepts, including DRG validation and medical necessity
- Experience configuring or implementing SaaS platforms for healthcare clients
- Demonstrated ability to build client trust through technical expertise
- Familiarity with payment integrity vendors such as Cotiviti or HMS/Gainwell is a plus
