Job Summary
To support the successful integration and deployment of SaaS solutions within healthcare organizations, the full-time remote Healthcare Implementation Manager will lead implementation projects, engage with clients, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective software adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing expert guidance
- Develop and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to facilitate software adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS
- Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems and technical concepts for effective communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Experience with revenue cycle management concepts and SaaS implementation best practices is preferred
