Job Summary
Leading the operational launch of new hybrid ER & Urgent Care facilities, the full-time Healthcare Implementation Manager will manage multiple concurrent facility implementations while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and operationally ready for go-live, with some travel required.
Key responsibilities
- Manages multiple concurrent facility implementations to ensure projects remain on time and in scope
- Leads operational readiness planning and implementation for new ER & Urgent Care site launches
- Drives continuous process improvements in the implementation process, developing new tools and templates to enhance execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields such as Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management
- PMP (PMI certified project manager) preferred
- Experience in hospitals, particularly Emergency Departments, strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
