Job Summary
Leading the technical onboarding of healthcare facilities and vendors, the full-time Healthcare Integration Onboarding Lead will manage onboarding processes for a federal government healthcare modernization project in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assess facility and partner systems to identify onboarding needs, risks, and readiness gaps
- Execute onboarding activities, including secure connectivity and interface configuration
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve integration issues and support production transitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in technical integration or healthcare interoperability
- Experience in assessing onboarding readiness and technical dependencies
- Proficient in configuring secure connectivity and interfaces, including mTLS enrollment
- Experience with integration testing and production transitions
- Ability to work autonomously on complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders
