Job Summary

To support a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Healthcare Integration Support Engineer will provide centralized technical assistance and troubleshoot integration issues across EHR, HIE, FHIR, and API services in a 100% remote role.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide centralized technical assistance and support for healthcare facilities, vendors, developers, and integration partners using deployed interoperability and integration services
  • Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data-exchange issues while coordinating resolutions with various teams
  • Document defects, fixes, and recurring support issues to support operational reference and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field and 7+ years of related professional experience
  • Extensive experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex software and healthcare technology environments
  • Experience troubleshooting healthcare interoperability technologies, including EHR, HIE, FHIR, APIs, and data-exchange services
  • Strong experience with root cause analysis, connectivity troubleshooting, and validation testing
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
