Job Summary

Managing an assigned workstream within the Indian Health Service modernization program, the part-time Healthcare IT Workstream Project Manager will oversee the migration of patient data to a new Four Directions Warehouse, ensuring high-quality outcomes through coordination with stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the workstream for migrating current patient data to the Four Directions Warehouse
• Develop and maintain the workstream plan, schedule, and documentation related to risks and dependencies
• Coordinate activities with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for data migration

Required qualifications

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with familiarity in waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience managing a workstream within a large healthcare IT implementation or data migration program
• Experience with patient-data, clinical-data, EHR, or healthcare analytics initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communications
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
