Job Summary

As a hands-on leader, the full-time Manager of Security and IT will oversee security operations and corporate IT for a healthcare technology company, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards while managing a team and developing custom AI tools to enhance security and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the security program across various domains including application security, incident response, and vendor security
• Manage corporate IT operations and develop automated workflows to streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of security experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Direct experience managing corporate IT operations, including identity and endpoint management
• Proven application or cloud security background, particularly in a healthcare or regulated environment
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks
• Experience building and deploying custom AI tools and automation workflows
