Healthcare IT Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations in achieving business and clinical outcomes, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will identify, scope, and implement technology solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop actionable project documentation and facilitate successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business objectives and technical requirements
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), project scope documents, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solution feasibility and communicate value to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Proven ability to lead discovery conversations and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience developing project documentation such as SOWs and implementation plans
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud services
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
