Job Summary
To support the Master of Healthcare Leadership Program, the part-time Healthcare Leadership Instructor will teach graduate-level courses online, focusing on leadership theory, healthcare ethics, and health policy while integrating innovative teaching methods and materials.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging online course content in healthcare leadership and related subjects
- Mentor students and facilitate real-world projects and reflections to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve course offerings and address current challenges in healthcare leadership
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Healthcare Leadership, Public Health, Public Administration, Business, or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or related setting with leadership roles
- Experience teaching at the college level
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis at the time of hire
