Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator will deliver live video-based training sessions for new non-clinical frontline staff, manage scheduling logistics, and enhance training materials based on feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging live onboarding sessions for new hires, covering health screening scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring smooth operation and communication with hiring managers and new hires
- Gather and incorporate feedback to improve training materials and processes, fostering relationships with managers across various roles
Required Qualifications
- Experience facilitating training in healthcare, call center, or regulated environments with a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver remote training, including real-time coaching and troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training cohorts and schedules effectively
- Comfort with instructional design, capable of suggesting improvements to training materials
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and standard tools such as Slack and Google Suite
