Job Summary
To enhance healthcare operations through data-driven insights, the full-time Healthcare Operations Analyst will analyze clinical workflows, staffing models, and scheduling practices while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and improve clinical workflows, staffing, and operational efficiency
- Analyze workforce and scheduling data using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure effective product configuration and implementation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or related fields
- Strong understanding of healthcare SaaS, workforce management, and clinical operations
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to interpret client data and translate it into actionable insights
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and labor systems, ideally from clinical or ambulatory care experience
