Job Summary
To support the onboarding and management of physician practices, the full-time salaried Healthcare Operations Director will drive performance metrics, oversee daily operations, and lead a team within the Detroit cardiology market while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the integration and operation of cardiology practices into the CardioOne platform, focusing on practice optimization and performance metrics
- Lead hiring and staffing efforts, while providing leadership and ownership of revenue cycle management functions
- Develop market relationships with prospective partners and key players to drive network development and new program initiatives
Required qualifications
- MBA/MHA required
- 5-7 years of healthcare operations experience in a provider or medical group setting, with previous leadership experience
- Oversight of diagnostic testing experience required
- Experience in Cardiology preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
