Required qualifications

- Strong project management and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of improving and automating operational processes
- Experience with technology and automation to streamline workflows; familiarity with Airtable is a plus
- Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and addressing operational gaps
