Job Summary

To support customer access to high-value healthcare data for AI training, the full-time remote Healthcare Partnerships Manager will manage sourcing strategies, build relationships with data partners, and oversee the progression of opportunities from initial conversation through activation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into detailed healthcare data sourcing briefs and identify suitable supply paths
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations holding operational healthcare data, ensuring quality and compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate partner opportunities and ensure alignment on project progression

Required qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development, or healthcare operations with a focus on relationship management
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess the viability of healthcare data partners
• Familiarity with healthcare administrative data and operational workflows
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and manage complex projects
• Operational rigor in managing pipelines and maintaining accurate records of partner interactions
