To lead meaningful conversations in a new podcast, a remote contract Healthcare Podcast Host will conduct engaging interviews with fellow healthcare professionals, collaborate on episode themes, and promote the podcast across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and conduct thoughtful interviews with healthcare workers, drawing out impactful personal and professional stories
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Content Marketing & Community to shape episode themes and narrative flow
- Promote podcast episodes across personal and branded digital channels to enhance visibility
Required Qualifications
- Current or former healthcare professional with firsthand understanding of clinician life and culture
- Demonstrated talent for conducting authentic interviews and storytelling
- Prior experience in podcast hosting, broadcasting, or content creation on social media platforms
- Experience with podcast recording software, such as Riverside.fm, is preferred
- Genuine passion for advocating for healthcare workers and amplifying clinician voices
