Healthcare Price Analyst

Job Summary

To support pricing and transparency initiatives, the full-time Healthcare Price Analyst will perform reporting functions to ensure compliance with federal mandates and improve reimbursement operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams and vendors to enhance reimbursement operations and build a compliant reporting infrastructure
• Design, implement, and maintain transparency cost algorithms for various internal and external initiatives
• Conduct data transformation, validation, and analytics to ensure adherence to pricing transparency regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, statistics, economics, mathematics, analytics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
• Two years of analytical experience in healthcare, IT, finance, or related industries is required
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience with analytic/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required
• Basic understanding of provider payment methodologies and medical coding is preferred
• Medical coding designation such as CPC or CPHC is preferred
