Healthcare Price Transparency Analyst

Job Summary

Developing and supporting analytical solutions, the full-time Healthcare Price Transparency Analyst will focus on improving price transparency and provider reimbursement operations through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners, with opportunities for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Support price transparency research, analytics, and regulatory submissions related to various healthcare programs
• Develop and maintain analytical and reporting solutions for provider reimbursement and related areas, including data validation and process improvement
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions and maintain documentation for data sources and reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, technology, or healthcare field; four years of related experience may substitute for the degree
• Relevant work experience in data analytics, healthcare, IT, finance, or business operations, varying by level of the position
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, testing, and reporting
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
