Job Summary

Seeking a credentialing leader, the fully remote Healthcare Privileging Manager will manage a team responsible for securing and maintaining hospital privileges for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate privileging processes while collaborating with operations teams and hospital Medical Staff Offices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to ensure timely and appropriate provider privileging
• Oversee department priorities, manage team workload, and report metrics to upper management
• Develop policies and guidelines for consistent implementation across the department

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in physician credentialing or licensing
• Management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations and Joint Commission Standards
• CPCS or CPCSM certification preferred
