Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for a physician-facing platform, the remote Healthcare Product Manager II will manage complex clinician workflow challenges and deliver product capabilities across web and mobile in a regulated healthcare technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Conduct continuous discovery to validate problems and shape solutions through interviews, workflow analysis, and data review
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to align delivery and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of product management or closely related experience delivering digital products from discovery through launch
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer/business problems into clear product opportunities and outcomes
- Strong data-informed decision-making skills using qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Experience communicating effectively in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
