Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for physician-facing platform capabilities, the remote Healthcare Product Manager II will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery to continuous improvement, in a large, regulated healthcare technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead continuous discovery efforts to validate clinician workflow problems and shape solutions
- Translate complex clinical and business needs into prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes
- Define and track success metrics, iterating based on outcomes and feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of product management experience delivering digital products from discovery through launch
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer/business problems into clear product opportunities
- Strong data-informed decision-making skills using qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Experience in cross-functional communication in fast-moving environments
