Job Summary

To lead the strategy and execution of digital care journey initiatives, the full-time Healthcare Program Manager will unify cross-functional teams, establish governance frameworks, and ensure high-quality digital experiences for members in a complex healthcare payer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for digital care journeys, including vision and execution approach
• Establish and manage governance frameworks to align cross-functional teams on priorities and workflows
• Drive enterprise-wide planning and prioritization of care journeys across various business lines and clinical domains

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare program management, operations, or digital transformation within payer organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise programs across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer workflows, including care management and member engagement
• Strong experience working with clinical stakeholders and integrating clinical considerations into program design
• Experience defining and implementing governance models and prioritization frameworks
