Healthcare Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Healthcare for a large Enterprise business organization in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver executive process, planning, and status documents in collaboration with executive team
- Drive and coordinate the project plans at the customer level including all related reporting and analysis
- Lead, drive, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for customer installations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in consulting and/or program management ideally with a focus on operational improvements with a healthcare insurer or healthcare system
- Industry experience in Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Systems
- Experience leading complex implementations required
- Proven experience in executive communication and complex program management utilizing PM methodologies and tools is necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent experience
- Ability to work EST
