IT Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Program Manager (HRP and DSNP).
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end program management for DSNP and HRP initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, RAID logs, and resource allocation plans to support ongoing operations and regulatory deadlines
- Monitor risks, interdependencies, and escalate roadblocks to executive sponsors
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HRP Implementations
- Experience with D-SNP Implementations
- Regulatory Experience
- Knowledge of Model of Care (MOC)
- Experience in HealthCare IT
