Job Summary
Leading institution-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce care costs, the full-time Healthcare Project Director will manage large-scale projects, develop strategic plans, and engage stakeholders remotely within Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects to advance the strategic priorities of the Cost of Care Committee
- Develop project scopes, resource plans, budgets, and timelines while identifying risks and maintaining project momentum
- Communicate project vision and outcomes to stakeholders, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment with institutional goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in healthcare performance improvement, consulting, research, or project management
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or research program development and management, including supervisory or lead roles
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale projects in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of value-based care and healthcare data analytics
