Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise PMO Project Manager will manage moderate to high complexity projects across clinical, operational, and technology domains, primarily working remotely with occasional office presence as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project requests and lead projects within the ePMO portfolio while adhering to established processes and tools
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain customer satisfaction
• Provide project management education and coaching to less experienced staff and contribute to the evolution of PMO standards and practices

Required qualifications

• Applications project management experience required
• Experience with applications implementation project management in a health system network is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Project Portfolio Management applications like ServiceNow
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Agile) is a plus but not required
