Job Summary

To ensure timely and within-scope project completion, the full-time remote Healthcare Project Manager will oversee client projects in revenue cycle management, coordinating resources, managing project changes, and preparing reports for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance and report progress to management, implementing risk management strategies to minimize project risks
• Meet with clients to clarify project requirements and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the healthcare sector, particularly in revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of coding services and experience in a hospital or VA environment
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar project management tools
