Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a VHA client team, the full-time Healthcare Project Manager will design and implement lean processes, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and develop executive-level briefings while working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support project planning, schedule management, and execution activities
- Develop project management artifacts, including presentations and operating procedures
- Monitor deliverables' status and ensure on-time delivery while facilitating meetings with senior clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience, or 4 years if a licensed healthcare professional
- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint/Teams
- 2 years of experience in electronic health record solutions and decisional projects
