Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary
To lead the development of a web portal utilizing the Microsoft .NET technology stack, the contract Healthcare Project Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the .NET web portal, managing project plans, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate application development, ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards
- Partner with UI/UX designers to define functionality and user experience requirements, overseeing design reviews and usability testing
Required qualifications
- Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, Covered California, or insurance claims domains
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in IT or software delivery, with at least 5 years managing technical projects
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and modern web application architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing UI/UX design activities
