Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary
To lead complex healthcare projects in a highly matrixed environment, the remote Sr Technical Project/Program Manager will manage project execution, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while collaborating with business and technology teams and senior leadership over a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex projects and multiple workstreams concurrently
- Serve as a key coordination point between business and technology teams
- Present project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to VP-level and senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of the Federal Employee Program (FEP) and related mandates
- Experience working on government or federally related healthcare projects
- Proven experience working with VPs, executives, and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
