Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Program & Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and guide projects from planning through completion while ensuring accountability and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and success measures
• Maintain accurate project plans, task lists, and status reports while ensuring consistent follow-through
• Coordinate clinical, administrative, operational, and leadership stakeholders around project priorities and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Professional healthcare experience with a strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing projects beyond basic administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and teams
• Project management certification or formal training, such as PMP or CAPM, is preferred
