Job Summary

To support a growing provider workforce, the contract Healthcare Provider Talent Sourcer will proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified clinical talent while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage qualified healthcare providers through various channels and creative outreach strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with Provider Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to identify and engage talent across various levels and disciplines
• Experience using creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
• Strong background in proactive candidate outreach and relationship building
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
