Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the remote Healthcare QA Analyst will validate applications, oversee membership enrollment and claims processing, and conduct EDI transaction testing on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements for healthcare membership and claims applications
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for EDI transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery within timelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong experience in Healthcare Membership and Claims testing, including EDI 834 and 837 transactions
- Proficient in SQL for backend data validation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
