Job Summary
Leading quality assurance initiatives for complex healthcare applications, the full-time remote Healthcare Quality Engineer will manage testing efforts, develop automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions that support critical healthcare processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks and execute both automated and manual test cases across various testing types
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including manual and automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Java, TypeScript, and tools like Playwright and Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in API and performance testing tools such as Postman and JMeter
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database validation and backend testing
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect management processes
