Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist
Job Summary
To support project oversight in healthcare quality improvement, the full-time remote Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist will plan, implement, and monitor projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and distributes reports, logs, and related documents within required timeframes
- Plans and monitors project activities, identifying issues and implementing solutions for continuous improvement
- Organizes and participates in meetings, trainings, and events related to project deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline, with relevant experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis
- Certification or training in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, SQL, or Advanced Excel Skills preferred
- One year of relevant healthcare or project management experience
- Experience in process improvement or quality assurance preferred
- Familiarity with data reporting or visualization tools, such as Power BI or Excel, preferred
